Unless otherwise indicated, this website and its content are the property of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Subotica, University of Novi Sad. The terms “Faculty of Civil Engineering Subotica” or “Faculty of Civil Engineering Subotica University of Novi Sad” or “International Conference Contemporary Achievements in Civil Engineering” or “organiser” or “conference organiser” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to a conference participant or a user or visitor to our website.

All information you send to the organiser through the website becomes the property of the organiser. We will be free to use such information for any lawful purpose. We will have no responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of any information, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the organiser or required by law. The organiser shall not be liable for any damages that you or any third party may suffer as a result of the publication of information that you provide to us through our website.

We collect information that you give us directly. For example, we collect information when you register for a conference, fill out a form, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your email address, mailing address, and other contact or identification information necessary to register for the conference.

Use Of Information

• Providing and delivering the services you request, processing transactions and sending related information, including receipts and invoices

Information about attendees may be used for marketing upcoming events. We may use your photos, the feedback form you submitted, and written or video testimonials in our marketing materials. We may also use photographs, audio-visual recordings from the event venue and session recordings which may contain your image or voice

All conference participants agree to the use of audio-visual materials created at the conference and accompanying events, and on which they are located, for publicity purposes, in print, electronic and all relevant media, not limited to marketing materials and promotion of the event, but also to posts on social networks of both organisers and partners and participants

By registering for the conference, you agree to the processing and sharing of your information in the Republic of Serbia and other countries.

Information Sharing

We do not share or sell your information to vendors or third parties. However, for certain events for which you register, we ask for your consent to share your contact information with sponsors who may wish to contact you about special promotions or discounts. After registration, you will have the option to opt out of such communications. You will have the opportunity to “opt out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive.

Promotional Communications

We will periodically send you free newsletters and emails directly promoting our conference, events and gatherings. When you receive newsletters or promotional messages from us, you can indicate that you wish to stop receiving further communications from us – you will have the opportunity to “opt out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive. Despite your indicated preferences for receiving emails, we may send you notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Personal Information

The organizer does not directly collect sensitive information such as credit card information or social security number.
